Once we have all the returns from the self assessment submitted, we will work with our colleagues in HEE Workforce Planning and Intelligence (WP&I) and their Optioneering Tool to produce an analysis, mapping out with fixed data points, our workforce requirements for the coming 13 years. This will include all the data from the self assessment exercise, current workforce data and projected population statistics.

The work for phase 6 will be completed by the end of April 2023.
