Lastly, we will use all the self assessment returns and the emerging supply and demand profiles from 2022 right through to 2035 and produce an analysis providing insights to key strategic priorities and strategic actions. We will show in the analysis where we are on track to meet the 2035 Workforce Vision and where we need more action. Lastly, a strong evaluation framework will be put in place to provide One Devon and HEE with a strong understanding of the impacts and outcomes related to our One Devon Workforce Strategy year-on-year.

The work for phase 7 will be completed by end of May 2023
